Vitriose® XTRA Syrup – Sweet Soluble Fiber

Vitriose® XTRA Syrup is an all-natural, non-GMO and non-Allergen soluble fiber which is almost as sweet as sugar and provides superior binding functionality with over two times the digestive tolerance of inulin. It provides in ice cream a slight thickening and gelling effect that mimic the sensory characteristics of milk fat and the full-fat creamy mouthfeel and slower “melt time”.

Vitriose® XTRA Syrup reduces calories and the possibility of digestive discomfort. It contains over 60 % dietary fiber without impacting flavor and texture of finished products.

Vitriose® XTRA Syrup is manufactured using a superior technology that delivers controlled water activity that is lower than in other soluble fibers. It has a low glycemic index and can be tolerated at very high usage rates.

Vitriose® XTRA Syrup is made from corn or tapioca. It suits for Ovo-lacto vegetarians, Vegans, Lactose Intolerants. It suits for Diabetics as part of a moderated diet.

Product Applications
